Parents and carers looking to start in september 2025
If you are looking for a school place in Reception for September 2025, we have a range of open invitations and you are welcome to attend more than one. Please call our office manager, Lumina Friedl, on 01273 077130 or email admin@coomberoad.brighton-hove.sch.uk to arrange to come and meet us.
We also have lots of events which you can come to:
Individual tours (with the offer to stay and join a lesson)
We are a small, inclusive primary school with a family feel, so we welcome
showing you and your child round and answering your questions. In most
cases, we can arrange to spend some time seeing the learning in Reception
class too.
Monthly group tours
We know that you may like to visit with other parents and carers, possibly
from the nursery where your child currently attends. As a result, we have
organised three dates when you can visit and learn about Coombe Road
Primary School as a group:
- 1:00pm, Monday 7th October 2024
- 9:15am, Friday 15th November 2024
- 5:00pm, Thursday 5th December 2024
Stay-and-play information sessions
We really enjoy holding stay-and-play sessions, where you and your child
can come and experience our lovely Reception class when the school is
closed to others. In the hope that you will be able to come, we have two
planned in the evening and one on a Saturday morning:
- 5:00pm to 6:00pm, Wednesday 9th October 2024
- 10:30am to 11:30am, Saturday 9th November 2024
- 5:00pm to 6:00pm, Wednesday 4th December 2024
